What is the purpose of this site?
Each year many new people come to know Jesus Christ as their personal Savior. Many of those however, don’t have a church to call their own, nor do they know what the different denominations believe. To add to that, about 20% of our population moves every year, there is also a number of people who are just looking for a change, and don’t forget the people who want to learn about the different denominations for educational purposes. For all these people I want to give them a place they can go and compare churches, learn about denominational differences, and save themselves from having to visit many churches in person not knowing anything about them. I also saw a need for fellow Christians to be able to find other Christians to work with. Listing Christian businesses seemed like a logical thing to add.
Why would I want to be listed here?
If you’re a church and have a web site, since the listing is free, it would only help to increase your exposure. Isn’t that why you got a web site in the first place? If you’re a Christian business the increase in exposure is the same, and the fee is nominal, much less than you’ll find on any other “for fee” Christian site.
Why do you charge for businesses to be listed?
After taking almost 6 months to gather all the information I now have on the site, I realized the tremendous amount of time that will be involved every day to maintain and add to the site. I am temporally disabled from a car accident and am not yet able to work a regular job. God has Blessed me with the ability to work on a computer, so I am able to do this at home and be able to put all my efforts into it. I’ve found many other Christian sites doing similar things and I have compared my prices and web content to them and I feel I have good content and am charging a fair price. To have this site be successful I need to generate traffic from advertising and marketing on the web, and this too, will take time and money. Since the businesses stand to gain financially from their listing here I don’t feel it’s unreasonable for them to be asked to pay a nominal amount for the service.
True Biblical Christian Churches.
I have a Christian Business, but don’t have a web site. How can I benefit from your site?
For the same price as a link to a business site we will list your name, address and phone. I will also give you three lines to describe your business.
How often is this site updated?
Updates from e-mails or forms will be up as soon as verified, usually within 48 hours. I will be online every day searching for new sites to be added, as well as new ways to get the site seen. This is not working for me at the moment. I have some listings several months old that I need to catch up on. Please maintain your patience, LORD BLESS!
